Marcus Ho is the founder of Clareon. He helps Hong Kong's small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work, designing and building the systems they run on, from customer-facing websites and apps to operations and finance tools.

Marcus Ho 為初霽創辦人，協助香港中小企業善用人工智能，設計及建構企業日常運作所需的系統，涵蓋對客網站及應用程式，以至營運及財務工具。

Marcus has worked in the Consulting Businesses of a Big 4 firm, with internal audit and business control experience across all business functions. There he advised listed companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and Mainland China, led projects from scoping to delivery and trained senior management teams. His clients spanned many industries, including financial services, real estate, manufacturing, textiles, F&B and more.

Marcus 曾任職於四大會計師事務所顧問業務服務部門，具備涵蓋各業務範疇的內部審計及業務監控經驗。任內他為香港及中國內地的上市公司及金融機構提供顧問服務，負責項目由規劃至交付的全過程，並為企業管理層提供培訓。其客戶來自多個行業，包括金融、地產、製造、紡織及餐飲等。

Earlier, at a multinational logistics group, he supported senior management on governance policies for finance and HR, analysed performance across more than 130 stations worldwide, led cross-functional teams in redesigning global freight management systems, and automated business reporting, cutting the time it took by 85%.

此前，他於跨國物流集團協助管理層制定財務及人力資源管理的企業管治政策，分析全球逾一百三十個站點的營運表現，帶領跨部門團隊重新設計全球貨運管理系統，並將業務報告流程自動化，節省百分之八十五的處理時間。

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

他畢業於香港科技大學，持有工業工程及物流管理工學士（榮譽）學位。
